Who is this guy?
I am a User Experience professional who recently moved from the San Francisco Bay Area, to Scottsdale, AZ. Also a motorcyclist, photographer, cook, and house DJ.
From my first job waiting tables in a small town in Colorado, to thinking about the globalization of an automotive company with almost 200,000 employees worldwide… my whole career has been focused on how to make the human experience better.
My capabilities span UX Research, Concepts, UI Design, and Product Design. I am also working with startups to develop early brand and product concepts that are communicated as pitch decks to solicit funding and communicate your vision in high resolution.
Who has he worked with?
I have been fortunate to have collaborated with some of the most recognized brands in the world. I have also consulted in 19 countries over 4 continents.

He has an insatiable curiosity for learning about new technologies and an impressive skill set and knowledge base with regard to appropriateness and implementation.
Time and again I was impressed by Jack’s ability to cut to the heart of issues and make a strong case for his point of view. I can’t wait for the opportunity to work with Jack again.
Jack is the Winston Wolf of interaction design for web, mobile, device, and desktop software. He excels as both a program manager and IxD practitioner. Like Mr. Wolf, he solves problems.
He brings this informed and enlightened sensibility to his work, without sacrificing form and function. As his colleagues often remark, his work stands the test of time.
Jack is a very intelligent and skilled manger. He helped my company grown in both quality and work, and the amount of work. I recommend him highly as a professional and a good person.
Jack is quite simply one of the best Information Architects / Interaction Designers or consultant I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Period.
His flair for mobilizing resources and integrating concepts into realities is an art form to observe.
He is relentless in the pursuit of good holding himself and those around him to a no-BS direct-path to getting things done and done well. Would I work with Jack again? No question – absolutely.
Whether you are looking for an expert practitioner to augment your team; or a seasoned leader with a knack for pulling off the impossible: Jack could be your man.
His unquenchable desire for superb user experience design that is implementable, not just academic, is incredibly valuable.

Where’s his portfolio and case studies?
And more importantly, why does he keep referring to himself in the 3rd person? Just like you wouldn’t want me to publish the strategy and design work I do for you, I don’t do that to other clients as well. I’m more than happy to share a PDF, but prefer to present work either in person or over screen sharing call. Please feel free to contact me to arrange a presentation. Thanks!
