I’m Jack Skates, a technology development leader and the founder of Whispering. I work across strategy, design, and development to build technology people love.
I grew up with blue collar values and went on to advise companies including Nissan, Kaiser Permanente, and Samsung. My job was to help them make technology easier to use and more effective.
Today, I help leaders decide what to build, design how it should work, and get it into people’s hands. I connect customer needs with business goals and explain the tradeoffs in plain English.
